Goals

Each year the City Council meets to set goals and priorities for the City. In January or February of each year the council meets to set goals for the current year. The City Administrator is responsible for taking the goals of the council and utilizing the resources of the City to accomplish those goals. These goals are also used to help prepare the budget for the next year.

The City Administrator will attempt to provide the citizens and the City Council an update on the progress made on the goals every three months. This will allow the citizens and City Council to see the progress the city is making.

We are placing agendas and minutes from previous City Council meetings. We currently have placed information from October, 2002 to the present. We will attempt to place a draft copy of the minutes on the web site the day after the meeting. If you would like to see minutes from prior to October, 2002 send us an e-mail or stop by City Hall and we can make a photo copy of the minutes for you. As time allows we plan on working our way back in history and addition the minutes to this web site.
